My exterior decorations
The little tree that I thought I could cover with 300 lights. It took 2,000.
The fawn is compliments of my parents.
Frasier Fir imported from IL. Kentucky, however, is a terrific place for holly--it's grows in profusion.

The house decorated for the holidays
A wreath of fresh rosemary, lavender, and thyme that I made this morning.
My new kitchen island, thanks to mom!
My new chandelier--a find from Thanksgiving weekend--only $25! Sadly, the shades cost more than the fixture.
My great aunt DeDe's wall clock. A fabulous new addition to my living room.
Some wreaths I made for the living room windows.

Post-Pie Party Pics
It's a little blurry, but these are just the SWEET pies. There were at least as many savories.
My candied sweet potato.
My contributions: buttermilk, candied sweet potato, Cynthia's birthday carrot tart, and brown sugar chess.
Esme in my dresser drawer. He'd like the world to believe he has to live in a drawer.
Steph's birthday cake: sour cream chocolate with dulce de leche

Pillows and a chandelier
Pansy & Toile Pillows--they started as tea towels mom gave me for my birthday. I made them into pilows with the sewing machine mom also gave me for my birthday.
My new chandelier--$12!--I rewired it myself, too.
